§ Mr. Jacksonasked the Secretary of State for War under what class do time-expired Regular soldiers come, when considered for discharge.
§ Sir J. GriggWhen the release scheme comes into operation a Regular soldier who has completed his period of service with the Colours will become eligible for release on the same terms as any other soldier and the normal rules in the release scheme will apply to him. If under the terms of his engagement he hasreserve service to complete he will, on release in the United Kingdom, be transferred to the appropriate section of reserve.
