§ Mr. DaltonAs I informed my hon. Friend the Member for North Camberwell (Mr. Manning) on 23rd January, the manufacture of teats is now three times greater than it was last summer, and retailers' stocks are being built up everywhere as rapidly as possible. I have no evidence that Birkenhead and district is receiving less than its fair share of these increased supplies.
