§ Mr. Noel-BakerI understand that Northern Roadways, Ltd., was registered as a company on 20th June, 1941. It operate 28 public service vehicles in Scotland; 24 of them are owned by the company; the other 4 are hired. The company holds no carriers' licences or defence permits for goods vehicles in the Scottish region.
