§ Mr. WilmotWe have, during the last few weeks, been able substantially to increase the rate at which we are handing over surplus Government motor-cars to the manufacturers for reconditioning and sale to the public. They are being reconditioned as quickly as capacity allows. The number available is, of course, very small compared with the demand.
