§ Sir P. Hannonasked the Minister of Health if he has received the report of the surveyors for the West Midland area on the hospital services in the regional district included in the survey; and if he will state the action which he proposes to take to give effect to the recommendations embodied in their report.
§ Mr. BevanThe report was issued on 24th October last for consideration by those concerned, locally and centrally, in the future planning and organisation of hospital services. General action on the recommendations made would be premature in advance of the organisation and development of the health services as a whole.
