§ Mr. BevanYes, Sir. The Secretary of State for Scotland and I are grateful to the Committee and to Lord Teviot, its chairman, for this Report, to which we shall give close study. We propose that the Report shall be published as a Command Paper and made available to Members as soon as possible.
