CrippsCinemas are allowed under the Control of Paper (No. 70) (Economy) Order, 1945, to distribute advertising circulars gratuitously to approximately the same extent as theatres, although the quantity allowed for theatres is calculated in a rather different way to conform with the arrangements previously applicable in their case.
