§ Mr. Rhys Daviesasked the Minister of Health whether he will introduce a short Bill to amend the Asylums Officers Superannuation Act, 1909, so as to remove the anomaly whereby an employee is not allowed the return of his own contributions on voluntary resignation when he is not guilty of misconduct.
§ Mr. BevanI will consider this suggestion with others which have from time to time been made for the amendment of the law relating to the superannuation of local government and other officers, but I can hold out no hope of early legislation on these matters
