§ Colonel Thornton-Kemsleyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps should be taken by individuals wishing to apply for a grant or loan under the Inshore Fishing Industry Act.
Mr. FraserThe arrangements for the grants and loans which may be made by the Ministers under the Act arc being drawn up in consultation with the Treasury. They will include information as to how applications should be made and a public announcement will be made shortly.
