§ Mr. Prittasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that a Mr. Kuranda is delivering, by official permission, to troops in the Huddersfield area, anti-Soviet lectures, consisting largely of statements, unsupported by evidence, about alleged U.S.S.R. imperialism and alleged misbehaviour of the occupying forces in Austria; that this is causing much resentment among the troops; who is responsible for permitting this person to deliver such lectures; and whether he will take steps to prevent him lecturing further.
