§ Mr. Osborneasked the Minister of War Transport if he is aware that since 13th November there has been a ban on all goods from Peterborough to the South and the railways cannot give any idea when it will be lifted; if he will give the reasons for this ban and what steps he is taking to have it removed.
§ Mr. BarnesThis restriction was imposed because the routes concerned were congested with loaded wagons. The restriction was removed on 5th December.
