§ Mr. Lambertasked the Minister of Agriculture if he will distribute, free of charge to all farmers, a complete summary of all the Regulations now in force governing the purchase, sale and consumption on the farm of all kinds of agricultural produce and the rationing of feeding-stuffs and fertilisers, with an appendix containing copies of all, the relevant official forms now in use.
§ Mr. T. WilliamsNo, Sir. The course suggested is in my view neither necessary nor practicable. Two Editions of a guide to the Regulations governing the sale of all kinds of corn and pulse have been widely issued free of charge to farmers, and a third Edition will be available shortly. Leaflets giving full particulars about the rationing of feeding-stuffs are also issued each year to farmers entitled to draw rations. Any farmer can always consult his county war agricultural executive committee about any Regulations or other matter of this kind on which he requires advice.
