§ Sir J. Mellorasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what steps have been taken to determine the responsibility for the death of L.A.C. Alfred Geary, of 368, College Road, Erdington, who was killed near his home by a motor vehicle on 8th August.
§ Mr. EdeI understand that the United Kingdom Base Judge Advocate's Office of the United States Army has no record of any court-martial against the driver of the vehicle concerned I have been unable, in the time available since the Question was put down, to obtain further information, but I am making inquiries and I will communicate with the hon. Member as soon as possible.
