§ Mr. Weitzmanasked the Secretary of State for War whether, having regard to the ruling that until the Home Guard is disbanded items of clothing remain his Department's property and cannot be disposed of or dyed or used for private purposes and that the member is responsible for keeping them in good order, he will now take steps to enable such clothing to become the property of the member and alleviate to some extent the present shortage in regard to clothing.
