§ Mr. IsaacsI understand that there are already messrooms for men and women and that a question has been raised of arrangements for the supply of tea. One of my factory canteen advisers is visiting the works to explain what can be done under Ministry of Food regulations and I hope to hear that the matter is being satisfactorily settled.
