§ Mr. BarnesEvery effort is being made to provide wagons for the transport of seed potatoes from Scotland to England and I have not heard of any shortage of wagons or sheets for the purpose. Up to 17th November, about 92,000 tons of seed potatoes were despatched compared with 47,000 tons for the same period last year.
