§ Mr. Lipsonasked the the Minister of Supply and of Aircraft Production the result of his discussions with Messrs. Rotol, Limited, of Cheltenham Road, Gloucester; and whether he has been able to prevent the threatened dismissal of large numbers of workers consequent on the directors change of policy.
§ Mr. WilmotMy Department's discussions with the firm on their change of policy are not yet completed; but, as I informed the hon. Member on 12th November, the discharge of workers arises primarily from a reduction in war contracts.
