Mr. AlexanderIn large ships and shore establishments the supply officer arranges the Christmas Day menus. In small ships the menu is drawn up by the messes, but in all cases suitable seasonable fare is provided. Arrangements have been made for supplies of turkeys, pork, Christmas puddings and mince pies to be available.
