§ Flight-Lieutenant Haireasked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware that building operations in this country are being impeded by the lack of architects, surveyors and other building specialists; and whether he will expedite their release from the Forces in Class B.
§ Mr. IsaacsI am aware of the need for architects, surveyors and other building specialists to assist in housing work, and arrangements have been made to release from the Forces in Class B as many as possible who possess the requisite qualifications and for whom application is made by the appropriate Government Departments.
