BevanI have no doubt that local authorities will bear in mind the desirability of providing parking places for bicycles, when they are settling their housing schemes, and otherwise so far as practicable at present. The inclusion of provisions in planning schemes is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Minister of Town and Country Planning. I doubt whether it is necessary to send a circular specially to local authorities, who will no doubt take notice of my hon. Friend's Question and give consideration to the matter.
