§ Mr. George HallThe Colonial Government has prepared a Bill to provide administrative machinery for the control and financing of a lay-out on improved and modern lines of the area destroyed by fire. That Bill has been referred to the several parties interested in the area, and after any representations by them have been considered, it will be introduced into the Legislative Council.
