§ Mr. LawsonChanges which His Majesty's Government may decide to introduce into the terms and conditions of service in the Royal Navy, Army or Royal Air Force will be announced as soon as possible. In the meantime officers and men and others are at liberty to offer themselves for regular engagements on the basis of the current conditions.
