§ Mr. Hammersleyasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that soldiers with 3½ years' service in the Near East theatre of war, recently transferred to B.L.A., have been given seven days' B.L.A. leave; and, as this leave is inadequate having regard to the likelihood of a further extended tour of duty in Germany, if he will make better arrangements for these men.
