§ Sir W. Waylandasked the Postmaster-General if he can give a definite date when ordinary correspondence, both business and private, will be able to be posted to France and Belgium.
§ Sir J. GriggI have been asked to reply. I hope it will be possible early in November to restore some form of letter service between this country and France. As regards Belgium, I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave my hon. Friend the Member for Penryn and Falmouth (Mr. Petherick) on 25th October.
