§ Colonel LlewellinResearch and experimental work have been taking place for some time and before I altered the extraction rate of flour I was assured that I could do so without there being any appreciable loss of vitamin content in the National loaf. Now that the new flour is being produced on a large commercial scale I am having samples continuously taken so that I may be assured that this is so.
