§ Mr. LawI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply given by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State on 27th September to a similar Question regarding the French agreement. All three agreements to which my hon. Friend refers are confidential documents concerning military operations, and it is therefore not proposed to publish their text. No modification of the terms of these agreements has been found necessary, though their practical application, of course, depends upon circumstances encountered in the different countries concerned.
