§ Colonel Lyonsasked the Minister of Supply whether his attention has been drawn to the economies in material and time in the manufacture and erection effected by the new Ramzin steam generator now being installed in power stations in the U.S.S.R.; and whether he will inquire into the matter.
Major Lloyd GeorgeI have been asked to reply. The principle of the Ramzin steam generator is understood in this country, and is exemplified in certain boilers already in use. I understand that other than in exceptional circumstances it offers no advantage over the more usual type.
