§ Mr. PeakeMechanical equipment is available for this purpose and can be supplemented as necessary by equipment at the disposal of the Ministry of Works. My right hon. Friend is satisfied that the existing arrangements are sufficient to ensure that mechanical equipment is provided on a scale sufficient to meet the needs of clearance and demolition.
