§ Sir J. GriggI assume my hon. Friend is referring to the procedure for the redress of grievances. This is laid down in King's Regulations, paragraph 530 and in Section 43 of the Army Act. I would also refer my hon. Friend to an interpretation of the regulations given by the then Secretary of State for War in a statement on 10th December, 1940.
