§ Mr. Oldfieldasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Economic Warfare whether he is now in a position to supply any information on the altered circumstances in Europe which will enable his Ministry to permit the shipment of relief foodstuffs for distribution under neutral control in the countries still occupied by the enemy.
