Smilesasked the Minister of Health if he will have inquiries made to ascertain whether the sanitary conveniences provided for officers and men of the Merchant Navy when their ships are in dry dock are satisfactory; and if he will have the necessary measures taken to have latrines and lavatories beside the dry dock as good as those provided in the U.S.A.
