§ Captain BalfourThe Air Ministry does not normally accept responsibility for housing civilian employees attached to permanent stations. At some stations, however, as a matter of convenience, civilian employees, including instructors, are permitted to occupy official accommodation in so far as such accommodation is not needed for service personnel.
