§ Sir J. GriggI would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the reply I gave the hon. and gallant Member for the City of Chester (Major Nield) on 28th July. All parcels despatched to members of H.M. Forces overseas must have on the outside a signed declaration showing what they contain. The accepting officer of the Post Office satisfies himself from these lists that they contain no prohibited articles.
