§ Sir W. WomersleyI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply to a Question 975W by the hon. Member for Llanelly (Mr. J. Griffiths) on the 26th October, in which I explained that priority is given to the more urgent case of appeal to the Pensions Appeal Tribunal. It must be emphasised, however, that there are real difficulties concerning man power and that, while I am endeavouring to expedite the preparation of all cases for hearing, I should not feel justified in selecting one particular area for preferential treatment.
