§ Mr. HicksThe Ministry of Works is responsible for the upkeep of the fixed seats in the Royal Parks in Central London and the contractors, Messrs. M. W. Shanly, Ltd., for the upkeep of the folding seats and deck chairs. I am sure that the hon. Member must realise the954W difficulties of obtaining labour and materials to repair seats and chairs under present conditions.
