§ Mr. WillinkAs made clear in reply to previous Questions, no statement on details can be made until the prototype house has been approved. As regards the last part of the Question, I would remind my hon. Friend that I have delegated to local authorities the power to requisition empty houses in order to accommodate persons who are inadequately housed.
