§ Sir J. AndersonThere has been no general change in the remuneration of the Directors of Government Research Establishments as such. It was, however, recently decided to bring up to a salary level of £2,000 a certain number of scientific posts which require outstanding professional qualifications, and involve specially heavy administrative responsibilities.
