§ Colonel StanleyIn reply to a Question by my hon. and gallant Friend on 3rd March, 1943, I gave a list of Colonial Dependencies where such exchanges had already been set up. Northern Rhodesia can now be added to this list, and plans are being made to set up similar exchanges or bureaux in Nigeria and Kenya.
