§ Major Nieldasked the Attorney-General if he will consider introducing legislation to change the law relating to domicile in order to obviate the hardship caused to married women who, under the existing law, are by reason of their marriage domiciled outside the United Kingdom and are thereby prevented from pursuing any remedies they have against defaulting husbands not in this country.
