§ Mr. Sorensenasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what steps it is proposed should be taken to implement the proposals in the Report on Mass Education in African Society issued by the sub-committee of the Advisory Committee on Education in the Colonies.
§ Colonel StanleyI would refer to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for Fulham East (Mr. Astor) on 19th January. As I said then, I have commended the Report warmly for the consideration of the Colonial Governments concerned and I am awaiting their views.
