§ Mr. MabaneThe supply of biscuits available for civilian consumption has been slightly increased since the beginning of the year, and I have no reason to believe that any shops are unable to obtain supplies. If my hon. Friend has certain shops in mind, and will supply me with particulars of them, I will cause inquiries to be made.
