§ Mr. Leachasked the Secretary of State for Air if he is aware that despite repeated assurances given by him airmen are still being threatened with penalties for refusing vaccination and inoculation, such threats including loss of pension and medical attention rights; and will he take more effective action to acquaint all airmen of their rights.
§ Captain BalfourI have no reason to suppose that airmen are not fully alive to the fact that vaccination and inoculation are voluntary, nor have I any knowledge of airmen being threatened with loss of privileges as a result of withholding consent. If my hon. Friend has any cases in mind and will let me have particulars I will gladly look into them.
