§ Captain BalfourAs stated by my noble Friend the Lord Privy Seal, in another place, informal and exploratory conversations on the subject of post-war Civil Air Transport have taken place with the Dominions and unanimous agreement was reached on the issues discussed. The question of further exploratory conversations is now under discussion with the Governments of the United States of America and of the Dominions.
