§ Captain Ramsayasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has any information he can give the House concerning the recent death of Mr. Charles O'Hare, detained under Regulation 18B.
§ Mr. H. MorrisonMr. O'Hare died in the Noble Hospital in the Isle of Man on 2nd June. He had on 3rd May undergone an operation for gastric ulcer and subsequently was believed to be making progress towards recovery, being removed from the danger list on 17th May. On 27th May, however, a second operation was found to be necessary, from which, I regret to say, he failed to recover.
