Mr. HudsonThe number of conscientious objectors employed by County War Agricultural Executive Committees is approximately 2,000. Their work, as regards both quantity and quality, is variable, and there have been some complaints, which have been dealt with by the Ministry of Labour and National Service under the Essential Work Order.
