§ Sir A. SinclairSufficient forms have been printed to allow all R.A.F. and W.A.A.F. personnel to complete the necessary declarations. My hon. Friend will realise that security considerations make it impossible for me to give the figures. As regards the second part of the Question, the instructions which have been issued emphasise that every person, whether previously registered or not, who wishes to be included in the new register of voters must make a declaration. Suitable opportunities have been and are being taken to remind all R.A.F. and W.A.A.F. personnel of this point.
