§ Mr. H. MorrisonI regret that I cannot give the information asked for in the first part of my hon. and gallant Friend's Question. As regards collections from the Flag Day, the police regulations require these accounts to be submitted to the Commissioner of Police, and to be published in the Press, within a month from the date of collection, which will be the 16th June. I understand that, in present circumstances, an extension of time may have to be allowed.
