§ Mr. A. Edwardsasked the Prime Minister whether the Lord Privy Seal, as leader of the British Mission to the U.S.A., has been authorised to negotiate on questions related to civil aviation.
§ The Prime MinisterMy right hon. Friend the Lord Privy Seal is at present leading a British oil delegation to the United States of America. But he has authority to take this opportunity to continue the discussions on civil aviation which started in London in the Spring.
