§ Mr. Lennox-BoydTen thousand copies have been printed and 7,000 have already been issued. The distribution covers a wide field, including contractors and sub-contractors; certain Government Departments; trade associations and technical journals; and professional institutions and Universities. The handbook was primarily designed for workshop use, involving constant handling. This, coupled with the importance of detail in the illustrations of equipment, etc., necessitated the use of good-quality paper.
