Friend would not be justified in asking for special facilities of the kind suggested by my hon. and gallant Friend for persons not actually travelling to take up agricultural work. Children and adults proceeding to agricultural camps are encouraged to take their bicycles with them, and the freight charge is refunded or a free voucher is given.
